Stock Availability
Product availability is updated regularly, but we cannot guarantee that every item shown is in stock at the moment you order. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitute, a partial order, or a full cancellation.
Payment at Checkout
You choose how to pay when you place your order: Cash on Delivery, or a CliQ bank transfer that our team verifies manually. Gift orders must be paid in advance through CliQ so the recipient is never asked to pay on delivery. See our Payment Policy page for full details on how each method works.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, due to stock issues, pricing errors, or delivery limitations — and will inform you if this happens. You may also request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery.

We deliver within Jordan. Delivery times, fees, and coverage areas are described on our Delivery Policy page and may be updated from time to time.
Coupons and Promotions
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own conditions (such as a minimum order value, eligibility requirements, or a limited validity period) and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
